Simple vocal expression, vocal release, can get rid of an enormous amount of tension and stress such as through laughing, singing, chanting and toning. Toning - which is the use of the voice to produce healing sounds - is one of the simplest and easiest feel-good things we can do and is deeply relaxing. So do come along and share the experience of toning together in this beautiful tranquil space with tea and biscuits to follow. All welcome.
